How Can We Find The Answers
Each episode of Guess with Jess® features a ‘Big Question’, which Jess and his friends set out to solve – with much amusement along the way. Jess takes his viewers on a fun journey as he searches for the answer to his query. As the central character, Jess talks directly to the camera, inviting the child to feel a part of the gang and be in the thick of the action in their search for the answer. His irresistible enthusiasm and excitement means he is always at the centre of the action.
The answer to the ‘Big Question’ never comes easy and there are often a few false starts along the way. Learning is presented as a process. Knowledge isn’t simply handed to Jess and his friends. Instead, they learn by asking questions, thinking, exploring, and trying things out. While some television programs simply tell viewers that caterpillars turn into butterflies or that it is good to share, Guess with Jess® helps children understand how to discover such answers for themselves.
